• Hold competition for best “Cooee” – best kookaburra laugh.
• Find origin of word “Cooee”.
• List foods which are essentially Australian.
• List Australian animals and write a 2^nd verse changing all nouns to Australian animals eg. Echidnas, wallabies etc.
• Make cubes as maths activity. Paint brown, dot with white for lamingtons.
